With this deep and valuable partnership and in the near term, the Cornucopias Team will take on an advisory role in the design of the DEGA Gamified ISPO Stakepools, the DEGA quest system, and the DEGA NFT Avatar progression system of Play Your Way.

In addition to the ISPO partnership, the team at DEGA has implemented a Metachain-based L2 gaming layer to facilitate game development on the Cardano L1 via the DEGA One API. Cornucopias has been working with DEGA for nearly a year in an advisory role on the design of DEGA's Metachain-based L2 Gaming layer. Cornucopias will be utilizing the L2 for Player and NFT Stats. This greatly reduces the transaction fees and time required to maintain stats within Cornucopias. “We’ve already demonstrated the unique edge Cornucopias now has in blockchain gaming development and operations. What was taking days or weeks to deploy was cut down to five-to-ten minutes.”, said DEGA CEO, Carlos Rene.

Through the DEGA One API, infrastructure and asset management is vastly simplified via a platform that empowers even the most junior of developers to quickly deploy and scale web3 games and metaverse applications. “We can’t wait for others in the Cardano community and beyond to learn about how easy it is to build on Cardano through the DEGA One API.”, said Cornucopias Co-CEO Rob Greig regarding the partnership. “I can see 1000s of new developers building on Cardano using DEGA’s tools.”
